My experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. I had to leave my Kia for major repairs, and despite being assigned a service representative, none of my phone calls or text messages were returned. I eventually had to escalate the issue to management just to get updates on my vehicle. To make matters worse, I later discovered I had been overcharged for the repairs. Between the lack of communication, poor customer service, and billing issues, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service department based on my experience.

I live outside of the state. My salesman was Zac Anderson. Zac was professional and informative in all things KIA!! He let me know what exactly to expect with photos and texts before I arrived. After I arrived Zac and his team worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!

Extremely unsatisfied with their empty promises and deception. Zero stars needs to be an option. I bought a used Subaru Crosstrek on 7/18/2026. I was fortunate enough to purchase the car with my credit card and the dealership agreed to cover half of the credit card fees. When I went to swipe my card, they had me cover the entire card fee ($337.22) and the finance manager (Jack Hart) said they would fix the error on Monday, 7/20/2026. On Monday, July 20th, I provided the dealership a copy of what was charged to my credit card and what the contract showed. The agreement was that they would cover half of the cc fees, so $168.61. However, I didn't hear from the finance manager on Monday and called in on July 21st Turns out Jack had been let go and the credit was never issued. Daniel, the GM, took my call and saw the situation and said he would process the credit and actually just cut a check to me (and verified my address) and send that in the mail. Today is 8/5/2026 and I still haven't received the check, so I called to check on the progress. I ended up speaking with Tyler (a finance manager, I believe, since Daniel wasn't available to speak) and he shared that they discounted the price and the credit card fees were reduced. I looked at the copy of what I signed and my credit card statement and it still shows the $337.22 difference. After several minutes of trying to ask why there is a difference and when the check may be sent, Tyler said they will not be sending a check since they had already discounted the car. I mentioned again about the credit card fee and the splitting the cost. He was not budging, so I'm resorting to reviews of Jerry Seiner Kia in South Jordan, Utah. I will never buy another car with this dealer I will not recommend them to any of my family or friends.

We had a great experience! Cameron was our salesperson, and Tyler, the manager, made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free. They were both professional, honest, and never made us feel pressured. Cameron took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. Customer service like this is hard to find. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers, I highly recommend asking for Cameron and Tyler.
