I had such a great experience with Jerry Seiner Kia from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and respectful of my time, and the entire process felt organized and easy. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made what can sometimes be a stressful experience actually really enjoyable. Sam Croppo truly made my purchase experience exceptional. From my first interaction with him, he was just an overall wonderful person to work with. He was friendly, genuine, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and rather than trying to push me toward a particular vehicle or decision, Sam took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explain my different options, and give me the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. What I appreciated most about Sam was how comfortable he made the entire experience. He gave me the space and time to think through my options while always being available when I had questions, which was often! He was extremely responsive whenever I reached out, including when I had additional questions after leaving the dealership. When I eventually scheduled an appointment to come back and look at a specific vehicle, he made sure he was available to work with me. I always felt like I had his full attention and that he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy and confident with my decision. He was professional without ever feeling impersonal, and I genuinely enjoyed working with him. I also had a fantastic experience with Matthew Thompson during the finance and paperwork portion of my purchase. Matthew was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I had been dreading the paperwork because it can be confusing and overwhelming, but he made everything easy to understand and walked me through it in a way that never felt stressful or rushed. He answered all of my questions and made that part of the experience much easier than I expected. The entire team made this a really positive car-buying experience, but Sam and Matthew both deserve special recognition for the level of service they provided. Sam especially made a lasting impression and is a huge reason I had such a great experience at Jerry Seiner Kia. I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you are looking for a vehicle, and I would happily work with him again in the future!

Josh was great. Very open and straight forward with the sale. I really appreciated how he dealt with us and answered all our questions. So far so good with our new Kia EV6, we are enjoying the freedom all electric gives us and Kia is great quality.

Overall the dealership was great to work with. There were a few hiccups that could have changed our good experience to maybe not as good. But thanks to Travis, our salesman, everything ended up being a great experience. He went above and beyond to help us get things worked out. We would definitely buy from Jerry Seiner KIA again.
