Communication was good throughout the process of the r purchase and waiting for the vehicle to come in. Cameron was great to work with. My only frustrations are the vehicle arrived a couple scratches in the pain (which are being fixed) and they did a horrible job cleaning it.
Derek Roy made buying a new car so smooth. He was very understanding of what we were looking for and NEVER tried to force a vehicle that we weren’t interested in. Ryan Sparks was the manager on at the time and would have thought he was a magician the way he made the numbers work out. Can’t be more thankful for the whole team there making everything so smooth and stress free.

My experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. I had to leave my Kia for major repairs, and despite being assigned a service representative, none of my phone calls or text messages were returned. I eventually had to escalate the issue to management just to get updates on my vehicle. To make matters worse, I later discovered I had been overcharged for the repairs. Between the lack of communication, poor customer service, and billing issues, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service department based on my experience.

I live outside of the state. My salesman was Zac Anderson. Zac was professional and informative in all things KIA!! He let me know what exactly to expect with photos and texts before I arrived. After I arrived Zac and his team worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!

I bought a used Subaru Crosstrek on 7/18/2026. I was fortunate enough to purchase the car with my credit card and the dealership agreed to cover half of the credit card fees. I bought a used expedition and within 3 months of buying the vehicle I had to replace the entire transmission. Jerry Seiner was no help. They had no policy to help me so now I'm out 10k. If you buy be wary.

We had a great experience with Josh Rivera at this dealership. He was very attentive and worked hard to make sure that we felt good about our purchase. He also was very respectful with boundaries we had and requests that we made and didn’t try to push us into making a choice we didn’t feel comfortable with. Definitely recommend asking for him if you want to buy a car here.

Menzie was great to work with. She took us on a long test drive, which allowed us to get the full sense of the vehicle we were purchasing. She walked us through the steps and owned a Kia Telluride so she could personally tell us about her experiences and complaints. At the end, our 5 month old adored some of the toys on her desk and she gave them to him for free. I highly recommend her for a real, authentic review of the vehicle you’re purchasing.

I have been into Jerry Seiner Kia three times (hitch install on my Telluride, oil change, and rear brake pad replacement). All three visits have been excellent. They offer uber rides while doing the work if needed, have a really nice lounge to relax or get work done, the staff is friendly, informative, and just generally pleasant and great to work with, and their prices for services are really reasonable. I will continue to visit this dealer for all of my car's service.
