Great experience, They are honest very amenable to what your needs are. Sales people are relaxed not hyped no pressure or intimidation, they explain everything so you know what to expect and can make the right decision or not. They treat you very professionally with respect and admiration. The experience was very memorable I have purchased vehicles through the years they are very very clean and comfortable always. I will go back for any of my needs.

I’ve gone back & forth on what rating to give because I’d like it to be a true representation. TL;DR is everything was exceptional… EXCEPT the financing department, so check that at the end. Our sales person, Cameron Ross? A *glowing* 5 star review. (Remarkable, as I am a woman who is very leary of men, especially in auto professions). He was professional, polite, communicative, no pressure, and Very knowledgeable. He really went above & beyond to help us get what we needed, including personally driving hours to go get the car we wanted— and returning with it in perfect condition. The lot’s selection? Another 5 star. They had so many versions on the lot to pick from (I just wanted something highly specific). Lobby was a lil uncomfy/awkward, but clean. Kia as a company? 5 stars so far. They had a great incentive to help with purchasing and the UI, colors, and features are great. But if it were for the financing department (which I believe is a reflection of management)? 2 star is accurate. The first numbers they gave had no stated interest rate. They hadn’t run our credit, so they (Wade?) vaguely said it was “average” numbers. Average right now is 4.49% to 7.5% APR in Utah. I used calculator . net’s Auto Loan Calculator to see what they’d used… 10.4%. Weird. We have great credit, so qualified for KIA’s summer 0% APR promotional rate. A guy (Wade) was supposed to email us new numbers & didn’t, but supposedly was distracted bc he was getting married soon. That’s understandable! But then he or someone else re-ran the numbers at *supposedly* 0%… DEAR READER they did something so friggin tricky/scary!! I like math & think it must have been an “order of operations” or input manipulation because while all the numbers on the paper LOOKED EXACTLY RIGHT, they must have manipulated the structure of the equation so we would pay them nearly $2,000 extra over the life of the loan. (Our awesome salesman immediately got this fixed for us, they told him they “forgot” we qualified for that and messed up the APR… but due to the clear promotion & math, I think that’s baloney.) So… make sure and use that calculator & ask for Cameron! [ MAINLY FOR THE COMPANY TO CONSIDER, CUSTOMERS CAN SKIP: To finish up we were sent to Alex, a finance professional who was kind to our kids. He seems like a decent guy, so my best guess— as a long-time sales manager for high-cost items myself— is to attribute his behavior (and the other’s in financing who “helped” us) mainly to however management pays/doesn’t pay or values/doesn’t value these employees. Alex tried to sell us a warranty package with a some homemade, unofficial, printed paper that made ZERO sense. Can’t help but feel it was meant to be overwhelming/confusing or that management made him create his own (ee). He then exaggerated quotes on how much windshield replacements cost. He left us for an awkwardly long time to talk about it, or to fatigue us, idk. He said it was a printer issue (if true, again— management problem). After we turned him down on the warranty, he MUST have lost some incentive management pushes too hard (ew), because he was too affected by it. He shut down. He slipped into a bit of frustration (manifested by a lil misogynistic & judgy) before shaking himself back to nice. He hurriedly marked the zillion places we needed to sign and didn’t explain anything we were signing unless I asked. It felt rushed, like he wasn’t getting paid for helping us anymore (there was no one after us to rush him otherwise). He WAS cool about us needing to go to the bank the next day to get our cashiers check for the down payment, though. I hope you guys fix this bc the financing aspect really soured the experience. I’ll hesitate to recommend this place, since I’ll have to include a big Asterisk with it.]

I’m a long time Jerry Seiner customer. Decades. They’ve always been decent. But I’ve noticed in the last 5 years or so, they’ve really been trying to prove their worth. Their service pricing is competitive and the actual work has always been impeccable. They’ve made everything brain dead easy. Scheduling is a piece of cake and they make sure you know of all the little amenities they offer. The complimentary door to door Über service is a game changer. I feel spoiled.

Loved working with Menzie. I felt like she wanted me to have a great deal and worked with me to make it happen. Appreciate all you have done!

Kind and a pro

We worked with Armando and Jared Turley today at Jerry Seiner Kia in South Jordan. They were both extremely easy to work with. They answered all our questions and gave us plenty of options. They made the process simple and made sure we were offered every incentive. Also, very transparent. It was a great experience!!!

The best car buying experience! Menzie was knowledgeable, personable and not pushy. Alex was a great source of information for a confusing process and clearly passionate about what he does! Will reccomend them to everyone!

The didn't remove all of the protective white film after purchase and left alot sticky residue on the roof. Buying experience was wonder, fast,l and easy going

I would definitely recommend. From the first time we came out and did a test drive it was a very comfortable experience. Jared was patient with us as we were between the Telluride and Sorento. We bought our first ever Kia. We went with a hybrid Sorento and have enjoyed it. We will be recommending Jared and Kia.

We did not buy a Kia here but we bought a used car they had on the lot! We had a fantastic experience with sales guy Zac! He was responsive, funny, we felt like he cared about what we were looking for, didn’t diminish our concerns and highlighted things we found happiness in. Granted it’s not hard to find joy in a convertible!!! Since it was my daughter’s first time purchasing a car, he was very thoughtful in his engagement with her, he answered her questions etc. the Finance guy was the same way. Zac even knew where she was going to drive after the purchase was complete and gave her a gift card. Which was incredibly thoughtful. My only complaint is now my daughter thinks this is how buying all cars will be. Zac and Kia of SoJo set the bar! It was a great experience all around and really grateful for Zac!!!

Gary was so wonderful to work with and the best salesperson I’ve had while buying a car. His approach, knowledge and style were exactly what we needed. What ended the experience on a sore not was having to work with Jack after. It added over an hour to the experience, and was so stagey and weird. He came across as cheesy and dis genuine. Putting us back in a teeny room and making us close the door when there was no room to do it felt odd. We didn’t even understand most of his train of thought regarding the credit union rate and what he could match “if” we added on and blah blah. It made me want to say “no” more and get out of there. Had Gary still been taking care of us, perhaps we would have done the windshield protection.

Erubey and Vanessa were really great to work with when it came to my lease. Also Wade as always was great, I have been leasing for years now and he’s always been very helpful. I appreciated the attention to detail from Vanessa when it came to the car and paperwork.

I bought a new to me truck with Michael and he did a great job making sure I was taken care of and meeting all of my needs. I got a fair trade in value for my old truck and I paid a fair market value for my new truck. I went in at 8:15 in the morning on a Saturday and I got done around 2:30 in the afternoon with everything. They took good care of me.

Kevin was very professional!! He made the process of getting my recalls fix an easy process. Thank you!

I have to say, this is the first time in my life I actually had zero issues or pressure shopping for a car. I walked in expecting the normal pushy sales tactics and the haggling back and forth, but instead I got a knowledgeable, understanding, and down to earth person who knew the answer to all my questions and made the entire experience feel relaxing compared to the normal stress of buying a car. Jamie was an absolute gem to work with and I'm very happy with my purchase and the entire process from start to finish. If she's available when you are there, ask for her!

Victoria in sales was amazing!! I was able to get my first financed vehicle and it was pretty easy there. They worked with my budget and I’m really happy with my new car!
